Résidence Liz

I moved here six weeks ago and am very satsfied. The amenities are sensational. The staff is great: always ready to help. The residence includes a pool, a cinema, a large dining room, a well-stocked library, a pharmacy and hair salon. There is indoor parking. The location is terrific, one street from Westmount, a supermarket is a few blocks away. Between the residence and the supermarket are small shops and eateries. I highly recommend this residence.

I should say 4-1/2, nothing is really perfect But I chose 5 . The LIZ is a very welcoming place , the staff is always smiling and helpful, They always have a kind gesture or small gift at father day Christmas or holidays The food is certainly not the Michelin , but is “correct” and very often really great The activities available are plenty and appropriate to all kind of taste. The place is clean and always kept clean The apartments are very well laid out , with a lot of storage space I really encourage anyone who needs downsizing to come and have a look

I am a resident of the LIz since opening in October 2023 and I am responding to the non resident guest review re visitor parking and food service comments as well as the response from Liz management. As a former condo board member ( 20 years) security of residents should be the number one priority. As of this email the excellent newly formed Liz residents committee is discussing with Liz management a way to provide the best security for residents and hopefully continue to offer some level of visitor parking. No changes to the current visitor parking have taken place yet. It should also be noted visitor parking was not a guaranteed long term promise, the sales team told me and other residents when we signed our leases we would have visitor parking until the residence reached a certain level of occupancy and once met a decision on visitor parking would need to be made. We also have rules and regulations for visitor parking. I would like to suggest the approximate 10% of residents who do not follow those rules may be putting future visitor parking in jeopardy. Rules and Regulations apply to ALL in communal living. I am not on the monthly food service plan(it is optional) so I cannot make a statement on the food service comments. Our original GM left the Liz in June. During his tenure he provided excellent service and dedication to our residents, managing a residence that was 7 months late with final construction, managing through all the challenges that this delayed construction created for residents and management alike. We now have a new GM, who arrives at the LIz after successful management of two other Groupe Maurice residences. With the construction finally behind us our new GM has presented in his first two GM/resident monthly meetings as well as in his weekly press conferences multiple plans for improvement in different areas and we are already starting to see some of those improvements. Is everything perfect here at the Liz, it is not, what senior residence is, but with our excellent LIz Residents committee working closely with our new GM we are on the right track for a more positive future, at least in my opinion. The best way to describe the Liz is that it's kind of like a cruise ship that never leaves dock. It's for seniors with a zest for life and offers independence with the amenities and service with a smile. (Photos from Easter Brunch)

Very good place in case your father mother grandpa grandma, very nice service , brand new building . High end place high end service brand new must see , not much places left , near everywhere ,
