Les Terrasses Versailles

A terrible experience in the emergency room. My mother moved there in July 2010 for her safety. On August 12, 2011, during the night, she pulled the emergency cord or button, and it took two and a half hours before they came to help her. She died. This is unacceptable, and they should have been taken to court.

All I can say is that without Jonathan, the days would have been very long for my father. He has so much empathy, love, and generosity, and above all, patience. My father always smiled when he saw Jonathan; he brought happiness to him until the very end. Thank you for everything.

I visited my grandparents at the residence and it was really nice! An incredible team and lots of activities. We even watched a movie and had the cinema to ourselves!

Regarding the intermediate care unit in Limoges, thank you to all the staff, with special mention of Jonathan's work in activities. His dedication, always delivered with good humor, certainly goes far beyond a simple job description. Thank you to the entire team for their daily support of our seniors experiencing a loss of independence.

I don't really know the staff at Terrasses Versailles or the services offered there since my mother lives at the Limoges Intermediate Resource, the public wing of this establishment. However, I would like to highlight the excellent work of one person in particular: Jonathan D'Arcand, a recreation technician for the RPA and RI people. Always smiling and in a good mood, he shows great empathy and kindness towards "his residents," as he affectionately calls them. Full of imagination and know-how, he is committed to amusing, distracting, and stimulating them. He is constantly organizing super interesting events, whether for monthly birthdays, parties that take place throughout the year, from Valentine's Day to New Year's Day, including get-togethers with neighbors and small parties on the terrace, concerts given by choirs or individuals, and so on. I have noticed that the residents have stars in their eyes when they see him. His dedication, enthusiasm, and passion are a valuable asset to this institution, but especially to all those living in residential care and residential care. Even though my mother rarely participates in the activities he organizes, she adores him, because his mere presence brightens her day. Ornella Caprioli
