This place is truly unsuitable. My mother (92 years old) stayed for 11 days instead of the two months she was supposed to be there to recover from surgery. We moved her out at 9:00 PM. There was absolutely NO security. When I say this, I mean that this evening, we called for an attendant, and after an hour's wait, my niece went to see one (one was busy with a resident in distress, and the other was in the kitchen, looking at her cell phone in a corner). Back in my mother's room, two male residents were there for no reason. On bath day (Tuesday), keep in mind that my mother had been there for eight days, and they didn't wash her hair...we had to wait until the following Tuesday. Luckily, there are four of us taking turns being there for her from morning till night. This is a place I can't give zero stars.

Was thinking of sending my uncle here. Not sure I will now if there's no security from anyone going into the rooms. You think the director would look into this and deal with it The other tenant should be moved to another room.

Grandmother is slowly dying at this place . She has made it to 100 and now must suffer dealing with zero security in her room theft in her room of her few items she has left on this earth, supervisor and administration have been notified . Video evidence has been acquired and the same client continues to enter my grandmother's room and stealing At 100 plus you would figure she should not have to suffer like this . Police have been notified and further actions are pending . So any new clients be worned

A very beautiful residence; during our visit, we noticed that the residents were all happy and had only good things to say. Our mother rented a lovely studio apartment with a splendid view.
