The SELENA residence is clean, warm, and very well-maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Excellent residence.

-At this point you must think twice before you put your parents at this place !!!!!!!! Ok I lowered the feedback to one star cause the place is kind of falling a part , can not explain to much but the management changing always and many time example ; manager is gone director manager is gone maybe a new one now I don’t know nurses change always employee change always service depending the person or worker it could be good or lazy however if they don’t fix things soon , it’s not worth it for the money you pay , really !!!!!!!

That’s how it work , the day of your visit you will see how the food is five stars how the service is perfect how to many employee how’s the service is perfect even table service( privat garçons ) and after you sign your contract for a year most of the time you will see no one st the cafeteria specially in the morning they will have two help care girls for about 20 rooms they do all the help the people needed even changing them underwear clean them and they go to cafeteria serving the food , however the place is disaster after you sign for one year but you are already have no choice tell you finish your year and after that it’s to hard to move , if you have family at that place you must Javier someone like care giver to help them the service at that spot is disaster think twice before you put your father or mother at that place !
