Résidence Memphrémagog

My mother-in-law has been staying at this residence for nearly three years. It's a wonderful living environment where she enjoys the food and activities immensely. The additional care her condition requires is fully covered at costs we consider reasonable under the circumstances. The activities are supervised by Luigi, the activity leader everyone knows, the one who sings, plays the piano, leads the games, the pool, the movie theater, and more. We visit every two or three days and see how attentive the staff is to each of the residents, whom they know by name. There are regular special activities such as singers (including Maxime Landry). There are "gastronomic dinners," regular weekly activities, the monthly celebration meal, and more. Yesterday, March 19th, we had a sugar shack at the residence. What a pleasure to see the smiles of the residents and the team encouraging them to participate. Even for us, it was a delicious feast, with maple taffy on snow, etc. You can imagine why I don't hesitate to suggest you visit this place for yourself or your loved ones.

I've lived here for over two years. Small is beautiful 💃 I'm happy here with uncomplicated people. I'd say there's a good balance between care for those in need and respect for independent individuals. However, I feel the workload is becoming heavy as the clientele ages. Staff are difficult to recruit and retain. But they manage. Thank you to COGIR

This is the place where my father ended his days and at first, he liked to stay in this place where he had reserved his room, a year before moving because he wanted to have the magnificent view of Lake Memphremagog and Mount Orford and the Marais, a place to go walking with friends and me. Very good to have a good idea of ​​the wild nature of certain animals and animal and plant species.
