Bad experience, the servers are so bitter!

Excellent residence with many activities, incredible food, breathtaking view (our mother is on the 9th floor), numerous on-site services, very available and attentive staff, in one of the most beautiful corners of Quebec. No noise, peaceful atmosphere where our mother is surrounded by many friends - thank you!

It was a harrowing experience for our family. My mother had a short stay in the memory unit. It was a true nightmare. We found her in an appalling state. She fell twice, and we doubt she lay on the floor for hours before anyone came to help her. We had to have her hospitalized immediately. After we complained, the administration told us my mother's case was too severe. She is now in another facility, and my mother is finally safe and well cared for by the staff.

Very well located residence. The staff is welcoming and especially the administration team is attentive to needs and goes out of their way to help. That's rare these days! Of course, the facilities could use some updating and that's what the team is doing. I want to say a big thank you to the rental staff. A great team!

Very bad residence. They are incapable of taking care of people with health problems and they make you believe otherwise.
