My aunt spent a few days at your residence recovering from surgery. Everything was taken care of by the residence (meals, housekeeping, medication management, nursing care). Large, bright room. Excellent service, thank you!

This residence is a disgrace. To name just a few examples of negligence: losing my health insurance card, not changing light bulbs and leaving the bathroom dark, removing a feces-stained mattress instead of washing it, not washing feces off a wall, a piece of furniture, an alarm mat, etc. Having to repeat dozens of times that our father must wear support stockings, and so on. Of course, nothing is ever their fault, and there's no questioning their approach. In short, there's little respect for human dignity. Avoid this establishment at all costs. PS: Instead of giving me a pat response to this comment, take a little time to do a little introspection and improve the care you provide to residents. It would be the least you could do; they are human beings who deserve respect.
