Chateau Royal is a top tier assisted living establishment. Maria and her team get top marks regarding the personal care of our loved ones. You don't often get a chief residence manager that would share her personal fruit bowl with a resident in order to keep them calm. This type of attention was remarked from all personnel looking after my father. Kudos and thank you to the team at Chateau Royal.

A senior residence generally cannot block a son from seeing his mother, as residents have a right to receive visitors and maintaining contact is important for well-being. Restrictions can only be imposed in limited circumstances if a visit poses a serious safety risk to the resident or others, or if the resident herself requests it and is deemed capable of making that decision. If a family member, such as a sibling, is the one blocking access, they usually cannot legally prevent visits unless they have a court order.

I want to thank your staff for their excellent attention and care. I see someone saying there is no compassion, which I cannot beging to understand. I find everyone excellent, thoughtful and caring. I feel blessed at the kindness you've shown my mother and my family.

Chateau Royal is a top notch /five star assisted living home. The receptionists, management, nurses, PABs, & staff treat the residents with the utmost care and respect. This assisted living home is an example of how to properly care for the elderly. Our experience was beyond our expectations. They showed my mother the utmost respect and care and honored her wishes. Every nurse and PAB cared for each of the residents as if they were their own family. It is cosy and welcoming. And the food is delicious. Most importantly, they protect the privacy of their residents. I would 100% recommend this residence to everyone I know & love. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.

This residence has no compassion or common decency when it deals with family members that have been alienated by other family members. It was impossible to see or speak to the loved one who was residing there.
