Okay, I admit it… I was a little worried about selling my house to move into a retirement residence, but we were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Sylvie Martel despite the urgency of our situation. Her welcome was so genuine and thoughtful. We were offered a 3 ½ apartment that had become available instead of the 4 ½ we had requested, but I have no regrets. In general, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. The activities offered are varied and stimulating—I've already made some wonderful friends and discovered new hobbies. One small drawback: I'd like to share a constructive observation regarding the way newcomers are welcomed by the recreation department and the leaders of certain activities. The information and explanations aren't always adequate, and this creates awkward situations for those unfamiliar with the system. All in all, my days are filled with activities that nourish my heart and mind, and I'm happy I chose this residence for this new chapter of my life. In short, I'm happy here. I feel alive, and if I had known, I would have moved in sooner—with my slippers and my sense of humor.

While they're staying cool in their offices, there are people aged 90+ suffering from the heat because their air conditioner has been broken for a month. It was supposed to be repaired at the end of May, but it still hasn't been done and they don't know when it will be. The answers are always ambiguous; that the parts aren't available, that it's been postponed, that they forgot about them, yes, yes, they forgot they had this task to do. Even the people who are smart enough to ask them for a replacement air conditioner aren't taken seriously. They tell them they'll get it the next day, they wait all day, sometimes even 2-3 days. Only to be told that the person who takes care of it forgot about them and won't come back until next week. When the weather forecast is predicting extreme heat. This makes no sense! Are they waiting for a tragedy!? The death of elderly people due to the heat!!?

It's an excellent RPA, my 93-year-old mother has lived there for 5 years and she is very happy and safe there. After she left the family home and even her native region, we worried about her. She has finally found a living environment where she finds peace and new friendships to flourish.

First of all, there are a lot of problems with the elevators. Personally, I find it unacceptable that a place for seniors is such a big problem. It puts our loved ones in danger. Personally, my mother gets very anxious when there are problems with the elevators. There should be a walkway between the two buildings so that at least the residents could use the ones in the other tower. This is a frequent problem!!! A very big problem with the meals, which are increasingly of poor quality and quantity. As my mother says, in 2017 it was a 5-star hotel, but really not today. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rental price has increased dramatically.
