My in-laws have been living at this residence for two months. Several rental units have a patio door opening onto a ground-level outdoor terrace, which makes the living space less institutional and more welcoming. This space is private and can be personalized to the residents' liking. The staff are very courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The premises are clean, and the hallways are inviting. A photograph of each resident is displayed at the entrance to their apartment to help them find their way around. My in-laws praise the meals, as well as the snack service delivered to their living space twice a day. The various care services are tailored to the residents. Some services are included in the basic rental, while others have been selected and added to the lease for a monthly fee. Some services may be eligible for a monthly tax credit for home support services. The CLSC could also provide certain care upon request, depending on the resident's condition (to be discussed with the CLSC). The residence is adaptable, allowing for transfers to more suitable sections as needed. I highly recommend this residence, as my in-laws are happy and safe there, surrounded by caring staff who provide the necessary support. They are enjoying their new living environment!
