My mother is very happy with this hotel-style place. The chef is a thoughtful and refined man, so the food is cooked like a top chef, offering variety, flavor, and a good selection. The reception staff are attentive and very helpful. *** Review of my opinion after the death of my two parents, summer 2025 *** I have decided to revise my review. I don't think Mom and Dad would have been very proud of the attitude I experienced after my parents' death. There were two keys to return, and you know very well that the reception staff have a master key to access the apartment. They already had one of the keys, and I had kept the other to go to the post office. I was going to return the key at 3:00 PM, and guess what the management told me, while I was grieving and very vulnerable? "If you don't come and give us the keys by 3:00 PM..." We're going to have to deal with you in an aggressive tone, completely lacking in empathy. Then I received a call from reception. Even though I had changed Mom and Dad's address, they told me, again in an aggressive tone, that they had received letters for me here at reception, and if I didn't pick them up within a reasonable timeframe, they would throw them away. This just goes to show you how much they're only in it for the money, and it's so degrading when you're grieving. It's like you're just a number to them, like, "It's not the first time we've gone through this, let's move on to the next one..." So, Mr. Maurice Group, you should also invest in bereavement services for the children who are experiencing grief. Perhaps even offer support for children who are emptying their parents' apartment... but instead, they prefer to move on to the next person, and your staff are devoid of empathy and have a glacial tone. This is an extremely difficult time for the children. So at your next team meeting, you should improve things. And to think I've referred several people to your institute, and my mother has also referred several people, and she hasn't even received a single free meal as a thank you.

Very nice, the staff were great with their smiles and helpfulness. Lots of activities. A true Club Med experience.

My mother has been there since it opened. It's a wonderful place. She's made friends. She's rejuvenated with all the activities offered. She's happy! I feel she's safe, which allows me to fully enjoy my "snowbird" life.

I found the overall hygiene of my grandparents' residence to be adequate, but some areas, such as the pool, pose serious problems. There are suspicious black stains on the walls of the pool, both inside and underwater, that resemble black algae. This seems abnormal, and several people have complained of skin irritation after swimming in it. Furthermore, although the elevators have seen a notable improvement in cleaning, they are not always well maintained. It should be noted that, despite this improvement in the elevators, the walls and floor of the pool still require special attention.

Expectations are high! We are moving my mother from the IVVI residence in Laval to 45N in Mascouche. We expect much better, especially in the dining room. Opening in a few weeks, work is progressing well. The ovens for the apartments arrived this morning. I hope it will be easier to find parking spaces because in Laval there are few for visitors...To be continued!
