Our mother has been living at the residence for five years now. From the very first week, the caring and dedicated staff created a warm and safe environment. They have become like a second family to her. The activities and outings offered by the residence allow her to stay physically and mentally active. A huge thank you to the entire team and management for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication to our seniors.

My mother moved into Pavillon Locas almost a year ago and she's very happy there. The staff are professional, caring, and incredibly dedicated. There's a nurse on site, and communication is excellent with both the staff and management. They listen to residents' needs and are there to make their stay enjoyable. There are also several activities every week, which makes the residents' days much more interesting and enhances their stay despite their illness. Thank you all for taking such good care of our mother.

My partner spent time recovering in Crabtree and recently moved to the Mascouche residence. The two places are similar, and I'm delighted for him, as he quickly settled in Mascouche since he has the same services. The management, administrative staff, resident attendants, nursing staff, housekeeping staff, and kitchen and meal service staff make a wonderful team, and that's the best thing for people with Alzheimer's. My mother-in-law has been living there for a little while now and is very happy. We were stressed about the change of environment and the potential loss of familiar surroundings. Everything went as if by magic; she adapted immediately. The kindness and support of the staff made all the difference. She constantly tells us how well she eats and how much she loves her room. She feels comfortable in the common areas so much that she refuses a television in her room, as it allows her to see other people and interact with them. The cleanliness of the place, her clothes, and herself are also important to us, and we are very satisfied. Our stress level has dropped considerably, and seeing her so happy is heartwarming. We are so glad that she can write such an important chapter of her life there, in complete safety.
