Légende, résidence pour retraités

I highly recommend this beautiful residence located directly across from Charles LeMoyne Hospital in Greenfield Park. My father had been there since October 2024 and was very happy! Unfortunately, since January 4, 2026, he has been hospitalized and can no longer live alone; he requires extensive care that the residence cannot provide. I want to highlight the incredible work of one employee in particular, to whom I must express my deepest gratitude: Rita, the receptionist at the Légende residence. She welcomed me as my mother would have on Saturday, January 24. I had just arrived from a six-hour drive (I live near Toronto) and was exhausted, my emotions running high. My plan was to stay in my father's apartment, visit him daily, and get information from the healthcare professionals about his situation. From the moment I arrived, Rita welcomed me with open arms. She always found solutions to my problems. She gave me lots of helpful tips and important information that allowed me to have a pleasant stay here at Résidence Légende and to take care of my dad. Thank you, Rita! Thank you for listening; during my stay, you were an excellent confidante who helped me feel better given the difficult situation I was going through. You are truly a kind soul! I will always cherish you! Thank you also to Mina for your understanding and support! I am grateful to the entire team at Résidence Légende who took such good care of my dad! Thank you a thousand times!

I would like to share my recent experience with the Légende Chatwell residence. My mother was supposed to move in with my father to a 4 ½ apartment, but unfortunately, he passed away suddenly the day before the move. In the months that followed, we had to reorganize things and move to a 3 ½ apartment, better suited to his new situation. These circumstances required some administrative adjustments, which Ms. Mina Rhissaoui handled with great empathy and professionalism. She took charge of the file with rigor and sensitivity, and found a fair and respectful solution to set things right. During a time when emotions were intertwined with practical decisions, her support was invaluable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. On behalf of our family, thank you again.

We celebrated my mother birthday in a private dining room very impressed with the chef and her staff was very pleasant experience even being able to accommodate one of us with her special needs My mother seems very happy living there I believe my sisters choice was very good and wise I enjoy visiting my mother there we ate a few times there food is good Thanks
