I've been living at this residence for a little over six months, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It's very well located, a beautiful residence that's always clean, the staff is very courteous, the atmosphere is friendly, and you feel safe. I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful haven.

A very warm welcome, the people are very friendly and generous with their time; you don't feel like you're bothering them. The information and explanations are simple and clear. The only thing is that the apartment floor plans are very discreet online. Apart from that, you leave with your mouth watering!

My husband and I have been here since May 28, 2018. Life is pleasant; interesting activities, we just have to choose what suits us. Family atmosphere, simplicity and good humor characterize the residents. Freedom to have our meals with whoever we want. In our apartment, we feel at home. Close to many services.

It's a beautiful place, but unfortunately, we were promised that my father, who has cognitive impairments, would be cared for in the unit. They are completely unequipped for this type of patient. It's more of a unit for independent individuals. In the unit, when the director of nursing isn't present, the general manager comes to the unit to make decisions when problems arise. In short, someone with no healthcare training is going to manage the situation with patients who have cognitive impairments and require a highly specialized approach to ensure their comfort and everyone's safety. I entrusted my father's life to this facility, believing he would receive good care, but instead, someone with an administrative background sealed his fate and led to his expulsion.
