If I could give this place a zero, I would. Not enough services to offer, my grandmother is staying there and they constantly neglect her and when she complains she’s in pain and we ask them to move her, they say no because they don’t have any other staff available. Very sad knowing my grandmother has to stay there and she has no help whatsoever. The staff is very rude as well. Wish I could remove her from this home. Truly saddening

The smell downstairs at reception, by the elevator, is just disgusting. I don't know what it is, but every time I go down there I come back feeling sick or vomiting. Unbearable!! Please do something about it.

Good location. Staffs are nice.

Excellent staff and service, a family member there appears very comfortable.
