CHSLD Robert-Cliche

My grandmother lived in Robert-Cliche for 15 years and she was very happy! Thank you for your involvement.

Contrary to Maria JM's opinion, this is far from the worst long-term care facility I've ever seen, quite the opposite! The staff is incredible, dedicated, empathetic, and treats residents like family. I didn't encounter a single incompetent or lazy person during my father's stay. Kudos to the entire team, from the always smiling reception staff to the quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere of the facility, and the dedicated orderlies and nurses.

I found a place for my father there following a serious stroke, and for the past four months, I have been very satisfied with the services received and the staff is simply wonderful. Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
