The food is disgusting:( and girls are not polite:(:(:( 0 nice

My 105-year-old mother passed away yesterday at this residence. The staff is generally kind, except for the attendants Toto and Alix, who are truly insolent and rude. We had a bad experience with Dr. Danes, who refused to allow comfort care for my mother, who was in her final moments. Fortunately, nurse Anna did an extraordinary job ensuring she received it. It is, however, a well-run and clean long-term care facility, and the food seemed very good.

The caregivers are very caring and do a good job. They have a difficult job caring for the residents as most need a lot of help. The place is also clean. What I was not happy with is that we did not get a chance to see my mother before she died recently. I kept asking whoever called me with an update on her condition if we could go see her and each time was told not yet. Then when they finally called and said we should go, I only found out that she was already dead when we got there. This unfortunately was unacceptable.

My Mom is at this Residence since July 2019 and even if it is a short while she lives there. I am satisfied with the staff and all in all the place is very well kept and my Mom is Happy.
