If your parent has Alzheimer’s this is not a good place for them

My father has lived here for over 1 year (since Oct 2024) on the 4th floor Micro Milieu (adapted for violent cases) and the workers are all fantastic! Our family has visited every single night (with the exception of a handful of sick days) and the patients are well taken care of. They are constantly changed/ kept clean and hand fed as needed, they’re stimulated and the team from the night staff is genuine, nice and caring! Nothing but positive things to say about the staff of 4MM (we’re particularly present at night with the night staff) but overall the care received is fantastic and we’re so lucky to have him in this residence. The residence itself also organizes a lot of gatherings where the patient and family can participate. There’s a monthly calendar with activities like parties, lunches, animal / zoo therapy, etc.. If only every residence operated like the 4th MM! We know we are so lucky to have him here. These preposés truly work so hard! (We are Anglo/Portuguese)

I was very worried after reading the reviews. My 90-year-old mother has been living there for a month. I've visited several times at different times of day, and each time I've seen wonderful, helpful, and attentive people. Frankly, I'm very reassured! Last Friday, there was a party! In the afternoon, a talented singer-musician entertained the residents, and several of them danced, accompanied by the attendants, nurses, and caregivers! I was charmed—wow, fantastic!!! As for the food, my mother says it's good, but they eat all the time!!! The building is old but still well-maintained; it could certainly use some updating. Congratulations to the dedicated staff, thank you!

Very old building...in desperate need of renovation.

J'ai été agréablement surprise lors de ma première visite à mon frère de 92 ans qui y a été admis à partir de chez-lui il y a peu de temps. La chambre privée est petite ,bien éclairée mais il y est très bien ,la nourriture est bonne et étant très lucide je peux me fier à ses dires. Le personnel est affable et aimable Je suis très contente pour lui dans ces circonstances pas très agréables
