It feels like we're in China! Since most of the employees are of Chinese origin, it offers a great insight into their culture. The place is clean, safe, and the people are helpful.

All staff is super kind and caring, particularly very grateful to have Chinese speaking (day) staff who really get to know the patients. They learn their names and all their quirks, cater to each patient’s needs and overall listens to feedback and adjusts! They also emphasize on activities for elderly with volunteers and dedicated staff. We are very lucky to have this place for our Chinese elderly

Very bad service, Very bad attitude, use different kind of ways to abuse patient, mostly is mentally abuse to patient. My father was living in there, once he try to suicide for these different kind of abuse. We did the complain, but no results, no much different but only the period when we complain. One of the chef of nurse did mentioned to my father: more you did complained, then more trouble you will get back. My father have no where can go for reason of there's only one resident area for disable people with Chinese speaking. If you hate anyone, this is a good place to suggest for that person.
