Place to avoid. Elders were left without food or water during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several deaths were due to lack of hydration. Staff were on their phones instead of working.

It's old, looks depressing. The staff is nice. However keeping dirty laundry in the hallway making the whole floor smell like dirty diapers. I can't under stand that.

The staff is excellent considering we speak cantonese & my dad speaks very limited English. My dad is a difficult client, to say the least. It may have taken 6 weeks but he has adjusted, is relatively happy, & for him, he actually likes most of the staff! Sept 20, 2019 update. My dad passed his last day here. I can honestly say that he was very well taken care.

Caring staff, clean, tons of activities!!

I like the place
