A five-week nightmare during which my partner's condition deteriorated. The food was very good. The place was clean. The staff was insufficient, exhausted, and sometimes impatient. There was no supervision. Caregivers were treated like children. There was a lot of wandering and clothes were all jumbled up. Thankfully, I was able to see that it's not like that elsewhere. My partner was subsequently able to receive absolutely extraordinary end-of-life care in another long-term care facility.

Well, I find it pleasant, for the meals provided it is incredible, moreover it was not even far, just 500m to another door after to the office room.

Hello, today was my first day at CHSLD MCduff Repentigny. The reception was good until the evening, but I was frustrated after waiting 15 MINUTES for help after ringing the bell several times. Wow, the reason was the person on duty was on break, it's my first experience with this place. Believe me, I didn't want to come, but my two daughters are exhausted after we had sleepovers with help at HOME by the CLSC Repentigny. Sorry, I didn't want to tell my stories, but it's good for me to get it off my chest, my friends, it's not the end of the world, there's ALWAYS worse than that. Sorry, once again, hoping that it will happen again. We, the elderly, are also your fathers and mothers. The HOME would not live FOREVER.
