For Unit 3, Chantale, perfect infinitive. The PABs (Patient Attendants) speak so loudly at the station. We can hear everything in the rooms. A male PAB on the day shift is dragging his feet, etc. etc.

I am very disappointed... I decided to bring my dad home... I think the staff were really not happy they left me to our own devices... the lady called Chantal on the 4th floor... she is the best I wish he was just like her she is really human... well done Chantal... for the others very disappointed... thank you

My 91-year-old father spent two months in rehabilitation following a hip fracture, and he was generally well cared for. The food seemed quite good; my father had no complaints. We would have liked him to do a bit more exercise to relearn how to walk, but overall his stay was good, and the staff was efficient and dedicated. Thank you all.

The food is inedible. The facilities are unsuitable for people with reduced autonomy. The staff lacks training in this area. I witnessed a lack of hygiene when some caregivers emptied urine from a catheter into the bathroom sink. The doctor is unavailable to answer questions. The social worker lacks professionalism when dealing with families. The staff makes a mess of the residents' clothing, putting soiled clothes with clean ones in the closet. Some staff members are disrespectful to families.

Terrible service not in terms of there physio therapy, but in terms of the management. Twice the physiotherapist has unexpectedly quit and both times nobody called to inform me. Twice the file was “lost” after these two physiotherapists quit and now I’m being told the file is no longer open with them because of too many absences which is absolutely false. They simply have lost the file again. Take your chances with them, I hope they don’t lose your file and basically flip you off midway through your sessions.
