The staff were very attentive and dedicated. They were there for my grandmother until the very end, always smiling and providing excellent care. The facilities are clean, and I highly recommend this long-term care facility if you need to choose one.

A quarter of the staff are in their own business... The rest have no respect, just want their pay, it's hard!

A very nice establishment. My brother is well treated and the staff are very kind to him. His room is bright.

(4th floor) 3/4 of the employees get their "ass" when I arrive, especially during the day before 5 p.m. It's not uncommon for my grandmother to still not have her dentures past dinner time. I caught a tall black man being impatient with a resident and the same man telling another resident to get lost. I'm going to install one or two cameras, I'm afraid for my grandmother.
