Our father has been a resident for close to a year and a half. This is his third residence to date. He is 92. His previous residences were seriously understaffed, with a constant turnover of new employees. That is not at all the case here. We have gotten to know most of the staff on a first-name basis. They are truly dedicated to caring for their residents and their families. The staff continually exceed our expectations. We can only hope that you will have the same opportunity to find a room for your loved one.

A very clean environment What can I say about the attentive staff, who are smiling and loving towards the residents and the families who accompany them?

I arrived today around 2:50 pm for an administrative matter and was shocked by the receptionist's complete lack of professionalism. From the moment I arrived, she was abrupt, rude, and disrespectful on several occasions, without any valid reason. She spoke to me condescendingly, even telling me to "go sit down" as if I were a child, which is totally unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

Terrible CHSLD. Users are victims of negligence due to a lack of staff. Despite numerous meetings between the treatment team and our family to establish a care plan tailored to the user's needs, the treatment team is not following through. Pressure ulcers, dirty premises, medication loss, managerial negligence, etc. The woman does not report the AH-223s to the families. She minimizes the incidents. This is completely unacceptable. Several meetings have taken place, and the team is still inactive. We don't need a management team lacking empathy like this one. They claim to be "specialists in cognitive disorders." However, they use restraint measures illegally (without consent) to manage their users.

This place is beautiful, spotless, and very welcoming. The staff are kind and helpful. I don't understand the 3.7-star rating. The treatments are excellent. Well done to the whole team!
