Terrible follow-up! I called for a follow-up on my sprain X-ray after waiting two weeks, and they told me they don't call anyone if there's nothing on the X-ray. Furthermore, they refused to transfer me to the doctor or even let me leave my number so he could call me back.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. Whether with her or with other patients, the entire staff goes beyond simply providing care, adding a remarkable quality of human contact. I can compare and I can give 5 well-deserved stars.

All I have to say is, if you're a student, doing an internship, and you're put on the second floor, REFUSED, especially if it's with MARIE-HÉLÈNE. I was there to learn, I had complete confidence in this person. But she completely screwed me over, to the point that I'm prescribed for stress and intense anxiety. And there's also KARINE, the UNIT HEAD. This lady who completely abuses her power, insults me by telling me I lack knowledge, even though she's never seen me once in her life. As for MÉLANIE, I know she's just a follower, since MARIE-HÉLÈNE influences everyone on the floor. I'm not going to stop fighting honestly because what those girls did to me is wrong.

My father stayed with the angels you have employed at your facility. Your kindness, humour and care were amazing! Thank you for everything.
