Residents are using Glass Street as a drop-off zone. It's become difficult to get through; I was even stuck for several minutes behind a cube van that couldn't get past. This morning, a man in a red car, waiting for a woman with a walker, parked there. They were incredibly rude when I pointed out the signs. Please send a memo to residents to use the drop-off zone at the front of the street, thank you. Update 2025!!!! Directly on the corner of Glass Street and Montcalm. January 12, 2025, I even had to deal with some nonsense from a woman picking up a man. He even had to climb over a snowbank to get to the car. Way to go, champ!

I would like to take a moment to thank the medical staff and the pharmacy staff for their outstanding support and attention I received regarding a minor medical issue. Their kindness and follow up was greatly appreciated and not forgetting the maintenance staff and the management team professionalism.

A reassuring place: residents are equipped with an emergency transmitter that they are encouraged to wear. In case of emergency, they simply press the button. They are immediately located, and a responder comes to their aid within minutes. This happened to my father. In less than 5 minutes, an attendant was in his apartment and checking his vital signs. Fortunately, it was only a digestive problem. However, he was very worried, and the quick response greatly reassured him. Bravo!
