I would like to commend the extraordinary work of the team at the Villa de Repentigny residence. Starting with the owner, Ms. Katiana, and her employees. The team does everything they can to ensure the premises are clean and welcoming for residents and visitors. It's a daunting task that many people can't imagine. Marie, the attendant I met today, does a remarkable job. She takes care of my mother with professionalism and attention, just as she would her own mother. Those who work behind the scenes—cooks, housekeepers, and others—we don't see them, but their task is crucial and colossal. Some will criticize this or that; nothing is perfect in this world, but what matters is the people. The Villa team can be proud of the work accomplished and their great dedication to their residents. I wish the entire team courage, health, and success. Thank you.

It was an incredible place, the atmosphere was great, and the people who were there seemed genuinely happy! It makes perfect sense, considering how much the quality of the place has improved. Honestly, I really enjoyed it.

I met the new management and I fell in love! The changes and the breath of fresh air are incredible! My mother is doing well, and the warm, family atmosphere has helped her regain much of her independence!

Really not great room size bike locker The committed staff are courteous and attentive but very slow. No phone answer, calls are never returned despite messages and requests. It's the hospital that calls when there's a problem; no one calls their relatives or friends for help. Not much supervision at night, and in the morning it's Armageddon for those who have had trouble; they call the ambulance, and that's all my advice. Never send one of your loved ones to this residence. In short, just lockers to abandon them, charging way too much for what they are and the attention they claim to provide. In short, a residence to avoid.

Very courteous and professional staff Although the rooms are small, the common area and dining room are welcoming. The building is very fire-safe.
