The staff is generally good, although there are many who are understaffed. The agencies that come to assist the staff aren't doing their jobs properly. They aren't really helping the residents as they should be. For the price people pay for their parents, some meals are quite cheap. The menus should be reviewed; some dishes are often subpar, which causes complaints from many residents. The parking entrance could have been improved a long time ago! It's always unpleasant to drive through dozens of potholes before parking, and this has been the case since the building was rebuilt. There's a lack of parking space when there are many visitors during the day.

My father has lived in this residence for over a year. He feels good and is happy there. The team is truly superb and takes excellent care of people who are losing their independence. Thank you, Villa Du Nord.
