Résidence Le Voilier

My dad has been living at Le Voilier for over a month. He has Alzheimer's and limited mobility. We received a very warm welcome. Karine, the coordinator, Michaël in recreation, Karla, the attendant, and others whose names escape me... all angels 🙏 My father seems happy and at peace, and that is precious. Thank you for taking care of him with respect and kindness.

My mother was a resident at Le Voilier. She was well cared for; the staff were kind and attentive to the residents. Mikael was full of ideas to entertain and amuse the residents. Well done to all the staff!

Do your research beforehand; this is based on personal experience with a family member. There are many trained staff members. However, the management leaves much to be desired! Compare this with other residences before making a decision. Have a good day. Contact me privately for more information.

Hello. My 83-year-old mother, who has Alzheimer's disease and catarrh around her eyes (we're waiting for surgery), lost her glasses two weeks ago. I've asked the orderlies and the floor coordinator several times to find them, and each time I'm told not to worry, they'll return them to my mother, but it could take one or two months. Lots of things get lost here, like dentures, etc. I, her daughter, feel helpless and anxious, fearing my mother will fall.
