I was deeply impressed by the exceptional care provided to the residents, including my mother. The safety measures, personalized follow-ups, and other aspects truly allowed me to appreciate the quality of the services. It's important to highlight the contribution of the exceptional staff, who were genuinely dedicated and attentive to each individual. Wow!

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. This place is awful. During the initial visit, to sign a lease, they'll promise you a whole host of services that you'll be charged for but that won't actually be provided. Overmedication and PRN (Personal Risk Reduction) are commonplace here, to the point of being abusive. But since, generally, no one asks questions, this scenario plays out without a hitch. As for activities? What activities? Nothing happens in this establishment, especially on the second floor. Cleanliness? Forget about it. Here too, you'll be charged, but without ever really knowing what kind of cleaning or maintenance they're referring to, since dust accumulates and the sheets smell of urine. There are even ants everywhere. In short, after my parents stayed here and their condition deteriorated rapidly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away. Look elsewhere... I've noticed that several employees have themselves given 5-star reviews. And that confirms the lack of ethics at this place. Instead of actually working to improve the residence's services, they prefer to simply falsify the review results by awarding themselves a perfect score! Not good at all...

Bad experience. The residents are always confined to their rooms on the first floor. Absolutely no activities. Except for mass once a week. It's even worse on the second floor. There's a constant shortage of caregivers, and they don't call in agencies to help because it's too expensive. It's unfortunate because it's a beautiful place, but that's all. I wouldn't want my parents there. No stimulation whatsoever. And the caregivers don't have time to chat with the residents. Before signing a contract, I suggest you spend a day or two observing the situation on the second floor; you'll understand. The management has no control over the bad employees, so the good ones get discouraged and resign. I sincerely hope there will be positive changes for the benefit of those who live there.

My mother lived at the residence for a year and a half, and I can tell you that she received excellent care from the entire staff. They showed great kindness and compassion to her and her family. I recommend this residence without hesitation.

I have lived at Villa St-Joseph for four years. I am very happy here; I receive excellent services and feel safe thanks to the team of licensed practical nurses and caregivers. I greatly appreciate the owners and managers, who are always attentive. Christiane Lyonnais
