Résidence Lionel-Bourdon

The residence is located in a very nice family neighborhood, near the waterfront and several services (grocery store, bank, SAQ, Nautilus Plus, Renaissance, elementary school, aquatic center, municipal library).

My father has been there for a few months and he is super happy! The apartments are spacious, clean and very funcional. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is comparable to most residents and daily choices are always available. I want to say that they have been super cautious during this pandemic and their measures have ensured the safety of the residents. They went above and beyond entertaining them with musicians they can listen to from their balconies and on Fridays family members join in their cars banging pots and pans as they do the same from their balconies. It may seem like a small gesture but the smiles on all those faces is priceless. During this time, their meals are being brought directly to their door. They offer grocery services and are even selling basics like bread and milk on site. My father walks a lot and seen as though they are not allowed to leave, someone accompanies him as he walks around the building every day! We are very safisfied with all the services, staff and apartment.

Not great. The manager is making changes to reduce the number of employees right now... I highly recommend not staying there. The food is not as good as the pictures on their website make it seem.
