Résidence Le Faubourg

Since December 31, 2024, our mom has moved to the 2nd floor of the Le Faubourg residence. I remember our impression when we arrived with mom that day, there was music playing in the corridors and the staff present were all smiles, Sandra Leclerc and her team came in turn to greet us and welcome our mom! We immediately felt confident and this human warmth made us know immediately that we had made the right choice for our mom. This welcome was revealing for the following weeks and months, it has now been 10 months since mom moved into this residence, she has quietly learned to trust, to integrate, to find her bearings and above all to get out of her room and have the opportunity to participate in the many activities offered during the week. We are happy that our mom is part of this beautiful big family with Sandra Leclerc, a golden coordinator🥰! A thousand thanks to the whole team, keep up the great work!💪💐🎉🫶

The Le Faubourg residence is exceptional. I highly recommend it. The staff is dedicated and caring. It's easy to reach the residence team at any time for questions or follow-ups. Thank you to the whole team, you're amazing! 😇

So disappointed. My mother was a resident for 10 months. After 4 months, she fell, broke her femur, and had to have surgery. We asked if the services were adequate for this type of recovery. They said yes. But in reality, they weren't. The wait for changing her underwear was far too long. The nursing assistant, who was nearing retirement, was in a hurry to move her to a long-term care facility. Two days after the request, she was transferred. I do not recommend this place.

The Faubourg residence is a place of joy, trust, kindness, respect, and love. I knew my aunt was happy to experience activities, to be treated like a unique and precious person. Whether it's the wonderful Sandra, the nurses, the attendants, they all have a big heart and take great care of our elders. I thank you with all my heart. ♥️ I'm going to miss you. At Faubourg, it's like home.

My mother has lived at Faubourg for just over a year. Whenever I have a question or concern, I can easily reach the coordinator, the nurse, or the caregivers. The care is personalized and provided with respect. We are extremely satisfied!
