Staff who seem to have no regard for their residents. A total lack of transparency and communication with residents and their families. After the unexpected death of your loved one during their convalescence, they will send you bills without a second thought for the ambulance they called at the time of the death. They don't even bother to send you a copy; they send everything to a collection agency to limit contact with the deceased's family! The ambulance company told me that the residence is responsible for paying everything! The staff is rude, and the equipment and rooms are very outdated... they even have an indoor smoking area in this place where I will never be able to trust them again! I have left several messages with management over the past few months, and still no response from them! I do not recommend this place if you care about your loved ones, their care, their lives... it's not a question of money, but rather of morality! I can't give less than one star, but clearly, I do not recommend it and would give it zero stars!
