Hello...my mother has lived here for over a year and she is very happy....she often tells me how much she enjoys the activities offered and the atmosphere in the common room at the entrance....she has made some good friends with whom she loves to chat....I would also like to highlight the quality of the food at the residence...I am a very picky eater and every time I have eaten in the cafeteria I have thoroughly enjoyed it....I visit an elderly person who lives in another residence and the food there is awful....I think it's important that residents have access to quality food...I definitely recommend this residence... thank you

A warm and welcoming environment and dedicated staff. My mother lived at L'Eau Vive for seven years. She was in wing 4, which has greater access to healthcare services. She needed the nurses' assistance five times, and their actions were always appropriate. Having always wanted to support my mother with her administrative and medical needs, I felt very welcome. Their transparency is remarkable. The environment (entrance, cafeteria, etc.) is very colorful... which reminded me of tropical holiday resorts! My mother loved it! The staff's dedication is truly noteworthy. They provide excellent support to caregivers and help them access government services aimed at enabling people to remain at home. The staff particularly distinguished themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic. They offered to deliver meals to the rooms, since the cafeteria was closed. The measures taken to prevent the virus from entering the facility were very successful. My mother passed away peacefully at L'Eau Vive of natural causes. The staff there assisted me through several stages of the probate process. It is therefore my pleasure to express my gratitude to the staff of L'Eau Vive and to recommend this facility to anyone seeking a nurturing environment for their loved ones.

My grandmother is very happy at this residence; she seems calm and safe since she arrived. There are activities, and she's already made some good friends. It's clean, and the staff is very attentive. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her :)

Every time I visit my grandparents, I am impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the wide range of activities offered. My grandparents are happy and safe in this beautiful living environment.

The shops, grocery store, and restaurant at L'Eau Vive offer healthy, lactose-free, gluten-free, organic, zero-waste products, etc. There's a lot of bulk goods. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. The restaurant's menu is very varied, and the prices are reasonable considering the delicious dishes. It's a unique place in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, and the moment you try it, you'll love it!
