My mother lived there from August 2024 to December 2025 (18 months). She truly enjoyed her stay, both with the residents and the staff and administration, with whom she formed strong bonds. She adapted easily, and the residents are cheerful. There are many activities for the residents, and outings are organized regularly. Thank you to Denis for his services. The meals are EXCELLENT with a nice variety (two main courses per meal). Thank you to Chef Jean-Yves and his entire team for the wonderful meals and service you prepared for her and for us. Every meal I tasted was excellent and certainly prepared with love. Overall, I give it a near-perfect rating because it's very clean, the food is very good, the staff are kind and smiling, the care is top-notch and provided quickly, and the administration is efficient and friendly. Thank you for everything! One small drawback… A limousine to transport people, for example, to shopping centers, medical appointments, or outside the residence for those without a vehicle. This addition would be a huge plus for this beautiful place. Regarding the price: Well, these days you have to pay for the services you receive; expensive, but realistic. Congratulations and thank you to everyone for giving my mother a wonderful end of life.

Hello, I have been here since March 2020 and I still like the residence. There is a friendly welcome, the food is very good, the service at the tables is cordial and pleasant, cleanliness is everywhere, the outside courtyard is wonderful, close to the Chagnon galleries which is very easy to do on foot. I really like this residence and I recommend it.

Excellent establishment. The only thing missing is free Wi-Fi on every floor for residents.

Expensive but chic residence. Large building between a shopping center and a golf course. Residents are generally very friendly. Staff is more or less adequate. I lived there in 2015. The manager was incompetent at the time. He was replaced fairly quickly. Good for those who enjoy playing pétanque and pool. Carefully review the lease before signing.

A good-sized and well-equipped residence for independent seniors; I believe it offers all the usual services of this type of establishment. I know several residents who are happy there. I was welcomed and ate in their dining room; the food was good, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The reception was also excellent; everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.
