Manoir Le Sapinois

My Dad was transferred there several yrs ago as he was diagnosed with Dementia. He was treated as a family member by the Management, from the Director (Lyne Caron) To the front office (Ariane) . The entire staff always kept me informed of his routine and kept me in the loop at all times. I’m thankful of the care he rcvd and will keep Le Sapinois in my heart.

At first, I wasn't sure.... But it really is an extraordinary place. The attentive staff, the excellent food, the care... Everything is done for the happiness and comfort of seniors. And what about the management who makes sure everything is perfect, who takes the time to talk to you and doesn't tell you stories! An exceptional residence! At first, I was not too sure.... But it's really an amazing place. Staff is caring, food is excellent, and treatment awesome. Everything is done for residents happiness and comfort. And what to say about administration! They make sure that everything is perfect, who takes time to talk to you and tell you exactly how things are! An exceptional residence!

My parents have been at Manoir Le Sapinois since August 2015. Over the years, we have been surrounded by qualified, caring, and warm staff. It's like a family to my parents. The rooms are clean, the clothes are washed, the meals are balanced and adapted to their needs, hygiene is consistently maintained, and medical care is ongoing and comprehensive. What I also appreciate is the communication we have had and continue to have regarding our parents. We can reach them at any time and speak easily with management, reception, and the nursing staff. We get answers to our questions quickly, if not promptly. All the staff at the residence are truly dedicated to everyone's well-being. And the view of the river is magnificent. In winter, we see ice fishing, in spring the Canada geese, on St. Jean-Baptiste Day, the fireworks, and in summer the boats. It's a must-see!

Congratulations to the new owners of the Manor! This couple, with over 15 years of experience in the field, is able to share their very human touch with their residents. You are such passionate people! You treat the seniors as if they were your own parents. We can see how much everyone appreciates you, both your team members and the residents! It's very reassuring for us!

Very bad security. Door unlocked during day without being always monitored as the front desk does not have someone there all the time. Does not respect families wants and needs.
