Lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Attentive staff.

Excellent residence. The staff is dedicated, friendly, and available to both residents and their families. There are lots of fun activities. The place is also very quiet. My mother has lived there for 2 years, in an apartment near the elevators and a staircase, and we never hear excessive noise. Truly a residence to recommend.

The best retirement home seniors could wish for. A most rewarding interior presentation without being overly modern but absolutely the choice of the day, and what can we say about the ultra-friendly and kind staff, as well as the dining room and the excellent quality of the food served. And from a reliable source, all the residents living under this roof have reason to be delighted with what the Terrasses de la Fonderie has to offer. Hats off!

I went to see my mother for Easter. We decided to go swimming. It was 3 a.m. An elderly woman (supposedly Chantal's mother?) was there with her seven grandchildren. The children were shouting, jumping off the edge, and climbing onto each other's shoulders. One youngster even came out of the pool crying because he had hit his head. We warned them that it was forbidden... apart from the jumping off the edge of the pool, nothing changed. My daughter practically had to sweep up the pool because there was so much water around the edge. It was impossible to swim a lap without being bumped into or having a child fall on us. The nurse came by... warned them... no change. We stayed in a small corner of the pool. Fed up, we got out. The woman should have rented the pool if she wanted to disregard the rules. They stayed for over an hour and a half playing in the pool and spa.

A very nice residence for retirees. With a host of services.
