4.5 / 5My mother-in-law has only been there a short time, but what can I say about this place? Magnificent! It's incredibly clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is so polite, calm, and welcoming. The people who have lived there for a long time are very interested in newcomers. They are very open to talking, explaining everything, and always smiling. It was truly a wonderful welcome. The apartments are quite spacious and very modern. We were lucky enough to experience a special Country Day with Pierre Bolduc... wow! It was captivating. He was so friendly, and the residents joined in, dancing and singing! It's a superb place to discover because the owners truly care for their beautiful retirement home and are so kind. 💜🩷🌞
My parents moved there in October 2024 and they love their new home! There are many services and the food is excellent! The residence is very clean and well-managed!
Our mother had to leave her other residence because they couldn't provide all the care she needed. We visited Pavillon Gabriel and were charmed. A small, intimate setting, wonderful staff, support right up to her death, and genuine warmth! If we had to do it all over again, Mom would go to the Cardinal Roy residence and then, due to her loss of independence, move to the Pavillon section. She wouldn't have had to go through three moves in three years 😢 A huge thank you to the caregivers and nurses, as well as all the staff at this magnificent seniors' residence.
A wonderful team who take care of the residents like family! I highly recommend this residence.
