We went to see my brother-in-law on Saturday, he was in the common room, his shorts were down and we could see his genitals, he smelled of urine, I tried to pull up his front to hide him a little from everyone's eyes, no attendant came to help me, I took him back to his room, he was nothing anymore, the floor was sticky with urine, it smelled very bad, his beard was not made, his hair was super dirty, this is the second time I have tried to reach Catherine Gagnon to get answers and no return call, if that does not resolve I will file a complaint........

My mother ended her life at the CHSLD de Cap-Rouge 3rd. The family was delighted with the services offered to our mother. The 3rd is bright with a beautiful cafeteria and common lounge. Each wing has an outdoor balcony for those who cannot go outside. The staff is very kind and very courteous.
