On behalf of my mother, Mrs. Asselin, who received care at your residence and had to be transferred to palliative care, I wish to thank everyone who treated my mother with such dignity and provided her with all the necessary comfort during her final days. I also wish to thank you for the support you gave the family and for answering our questions about the stages of her end of life. Your great compassion allowed us to grow, and I am deeply grateful.

I would like to thank all the staff at the CHLSD Saint-Augustin for the excellent care and dedication they provided to my father-in-law, Fernand, known as Professor [Name], during his stay on the first floor. He will now be our angel up there.

Thank you to all the staff for the care provided to my mother. The respect the staff shows to patients is exemplary.
