We are very well. The people are very nice. The food is good. There are activities but there is a lack of staff. And sometimes they look stupid. Not sure I will stay in September, I have not been here for 6 months and I have been criticized a few times. For no reason because I do not leave my apartment for useful things. I stay at home and I have reached the point where I no longer order anything for fear of being told stupid things. I can't even imagine when it will become Cogir. To be continued

Disappointing experience at this place, what matters to them is your $$$$. We will come back to the cleaning, we are told that it is done with supporting signatures but the signatures are falsified by ????. The person who is supposed to have signed the work order has not worked for them for 2 weeks. The former GM who still works for them in another Chartwell dragged us to the housing authority with another resident but never appeared before the judge because he had no cause. That's it Chartwell we want your well-being $$$ and we will get it

My mother was supposed to move into an apartment at the beginning of June. Everything was planned for the move, and a week before the scheduled time, the nurse asked for a copy of her medical report (which cost my mother $80) only to tell her they wouldn't accept it. She was left without a place to live because she had given notice to her previous landlord, who had already rented it to someone else.

If, like me, you care deeply about your parents' well-being, this place is a beacon of hope. It's peaceful, safe, and impeccably clean. Most importantly, the staff is professional and readily available. I want to highlight the work of its director, Mr. Carl Gosselin, who instilled confidence in us and reassured us about the care provided to the residents. Thank you again!
