The main guard is an absolute humiliation. Zero respect and manners. Swearing. Yelling. Throwing hands. I simply parked in the wrong spot which i was not aware of as i am not from the area. If he had told to leave politely, i would have right away. I did leave regardless but before the order to leave came abuse and aggressiveness. I cannot begin to imagine how the elderly are being treated inside!

Disgusting Behaviour – Avoid This Place at All Costs I had a horrible experience at this nursing home and would never recommend it to anyone. I was sitting in my car in the parking lot waiting for my husband, with my little girls in the back seat, when the main guard came up and started aggressively swearing at me. He told me I was “abroad” just because I’m from Ontario, and said that if I step outside Ontario — even into Quebec — I should “speak the language.” His tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate, especially in front of children. What kind of professional swears at a mother in front of her kids? What kind of place allows staff to treat people with such hostility and zero manners? A nursing home should be a place of care and dignity, yet the behavior here is abusive, unwelcoming, and shameful. If this is how they treat visitors, I cannot imagine how they treat residents inside. No family should ever have to deal with this kind of verbal abuse and lack of basic respect. Stay far away from this place. I would give this place zero stars!

Many thanks to all the staff, especially Léa, Dr. Magnan, and the entire team on the 3rd floor for taking such good care of my father and treating him with the utmost respect. Thank you to sweet Sarah, who welcomed us with such kindness. You are exceptional people.

Very good place, the nurses took good care of my grandmother for 7 years!!! She was super well, thank you very much for the love you gave and the attention
