The cleanliness of the premises is always impeccable, creating a healthy and reassuring environment for both residents and staff. The personal care attendants (PCAs) demonstrate professionalism, respect, and compassion every day. Their work is essential and deserves recognition. A big thank you also to Ms. Zidan, the director, for her unwavering commitment and visible efforts to maintain a high level of quality at the facility.
