CHSLD Saint-Eusèbe

My father, Maurice, stayed at the CHSLD St-Eusèbe, on the 3rd floor, for a few months after being transferred directly from the hospital due to a significant deterioration in his health. Throughout this period, we were deeply touched by the exceptional quality of care and support provided by the entire staff. Their competence, availability, humanity, attention, and kindness made all the difference. From the first day to the last, my father was cared for with kindness, respect, and empathy. He arrived in a state of great suffering, and he left relieved, stabilized, with significantly improved morale and physical condition. At 95, he is enjoying a quality of life that gives us hope for many more wonderful years with him. The only reason for his departure was the opportunity we had to move him closer to our home. Without this, we would never have considered moving him into a new environment. To all the staff at CHSLD St-Eusèbe (3rd floor): a huge thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Pregnant women can't even access the toilets. This is truly unacceptable behavior from the staff of a public institution. There's a clear lack of values ​​and courtesy at this hospital...

I find the staff competent and attentive. Our mother receives good care there.
