We wanted to visit our grandmother; she's been there for three years, and wow. We're no longer allowed to bring our pets, even though it was good for our grandmother and the other residents who loved seeing them. The attendant is alone on the floor, and instead of collaborating with the family, she blames them. The manager makes no attempt whatsoever to understand the family's situation. She even threatened to call security, as if she wants the family to stop coming to the center altogether. Furthermore, our grandmother is in a chair that's completely unsuitable for her; she risks either getting bedsores or falling out of it. Not to mention that they lost her hearing aids, which ended up in someone else's ears. Make the right choice and don't bring your loved one there.
