4.1 / 5Severe staff shortage. People are put to bed very early (6:30 am). My mother lacked basic care. The staff are doing what they can.
This place is horrible. Very dirty and treats my grandfather horribly! They lose his clothes, they rarely wash his clothes. They dont give him water because they dont want his to have accidents. They dont give him proper care (no showers just a half fast sponge bath.) i would not recommend this place for ANYONES loved ones!
Our uncle is here, everyone is very kind to him, he is receiving good care, we are really happy for him.
Really friendly and qualified staff, super nice team, clean, varied food and plenty of snacks, we are happy to discover this center for our mother,
my father spent many years there while afflicted with Alzheimer's, the facilities and staff were nothing short of exceptionnal, would recommend it highly.
