Hello, I'm a caregiver for my sister-in-law, Cécile Coté, at 427. She's been at the CHSLD for two months and loves it here. The nurses and others are very attentive to her. I feel safe. A BIG THANK YOU to the employees at the entrance on the first floor who take care of the instructions. They're always smiling and welcoming. Thank you all for your wonderful work.

There's a real sense of belonging; the staff care for the residents as if they were family. Yes, like everywhere else, there's always room for improvement, especially regarding staff shortages. And this isn't the fault of the staff, who always work hard to ensure the residents aren't inconvenienced. Kudos to all healthcare workers. You are the pillars of strength in the current global situation. Keep up the good work! 😇
