CHSLD de Saint-Louis-du-Ha! Ha!

My uncle lives in this center. I just came from visiting him and I was touched by the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the place, and the overall atmosphere. I know where I would like to go if the need arises. Hats off to all the employees!

My mother lives in this residence and receives excellent care. When I visited her last summer, I was welcomed with respect. There were restrictions due to COVID-19, but they were very well respected: handwashing, mask-wearing, and physical distancing. She is 98 years old and has not had COVID-19 to date. I have a brother who is a caregiver and looks after my mother; he visits her regularly. I gave 5 stars for the staff who are so dedicated to the residents. Réjeanne Dubé, daughter of a resident.
