Honestly, worse treatment, doctors talk about double occupancy, eat, do lots of other things while I wait for a medication paper for 30 minutes, Dr. Dumais -100 competence

Disrespectful attitude. I had asked them to keep a confidential document and give it only to me. The document was given to someone who shouldn't have it. No regrets or apologies, and the note was indeed in the file...unprofessional behavior. I can only imagine what else happened. Evening shift during the week, 1st floor. It's not due to staff shortages...it's a matter of respect.

Incompetent and unprofessional staff on floor 1 of the center. No empathy for patients' families. No respect. I think it would be important to update certain "professionals" on professional secrecy. A confidential document was handed over to keep it confidential (that's what we call logic), but unfortunately someone rushed to make it non-confidential. I understand the lack of staff, but training on etiquette, know-how, and respect would be an asset for some people.

Attentive and quick to get you to an emergency doctor. The staff is welcoming, which is rare in a healthcare setting. Well done!

An interminable wait of more than 9 hours to find out if I had a fractured toe, due to staff shortages.
