Excellent service with a smile

I had a very nice experience! I am not someone who likes going to the doctor because I feel uncomfortable. However, here I felt welcomed. The staff is warm and open-minded! They are open to the LGBTQ+ community and do not hesitate to call me by my usual first name. Dr. Clouet has an active listening style that I find very pleasant, I feel comfortable and listened to! I highly recommend!

It's so nice, I'm from Laval. And the secretary, Linda, is a gem and does everything to help me. The only important thing is that we can only communicate by phone; there's no internet. Thank you!
